We’re not talking Wall Street here, just the city streets of Cincinnati, where selling rocks of crack cocaine was brisk and lucrative business. Now, it’s a more deadly business than ever before. There isn’t enough crack cocaine to go around. And there is no bailout for this troubled industry.
